Composition :

L-carnitine tartrate (including L-carnitine) 150mg. L-carnitine is an amino acid that the body uses to convert fat into energy. The primary indication for carnitine supplementation is for pets with heart disease, specifically dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs. Ταυρίνη 150mg.
Taurine is an amino acid that is essential for heart health.
Coenzyme Q10 30mg. Coenzyme Q10 is an essential component of mitochondria, which are the parts of the cell that generate energy from oxygen. It is therefore particularly important for the functioning of organs with high oxygen demand, including the heart and brain.
Vitamin E 50mg. Vitamin E as an antioxidant helps neutralize free radicals and therefore reduce the damage caused by free radicals.
However, studies have shown that dogs with either dilated cardiomyopathy or mitral valve disease have an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the amount of antioxidant protection available. Therefore, it is recommended that the diet of a dog with heart disease be supplemented with antioxidants such as Vitamin E. Magnesium 100mg Magnesium is an important mineral for a dog with chronic heart failure. A magnesium deficiency can worsen the potential side effects of heart medications and can cause other problems such as muscle weakness and heart arrhythmias.

Dosage: 1 tablet up to 15kg BW, 2 times a day.

Instructions for Use: For oral administration. CARDIO tablets can be given whole or can be crushed and mixed with food.
