Buy process
Each order that is dispatched constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and the discretion of the owner.
Users have to select the products and complete check–out, after carefully reviewing the order summary. The order is placed upon confirmation and is subject to the payment of the prices, taxes, and shipping fees and any further payments specified in the order summary.
The receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the order. The order is confirmed upon sending the order confirmation to the user’s provided email address by the owner. The owner reserves the right to cancel an order by informing the user within 5 business days from the placement of the order, using the email address associated with the purchase, regarding the non-availability of one or more of the products you purchased. In this case, the owner will refund the price and the shipping cost to the user.

Checkout
The order is completed according to the information provided on the order summary page and the order confirmation email, depending on the availability of the ordered product.
The owner is not responsible for damages resulting from delays in delivery that are beyond the circumstances specified by the parties during order confirmation.

Delivery
Deliveries are made during working hours at the address provided by the user and in the manner specified in the order confirmation.
During delivery, the user must verify the contents, which will identify any irregularities in the delivery form.
In case the products are not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, the products will be returned to the owner, who will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost. The owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the user’s purchase order, for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier, if organized by the user, or for delays in delivery attributed to the user.
