RIGHT RETURN ANDWARRANTY

Right Return
In case of purchasing products or services through BOUTOS-PETS.GR AFOI BOUTOU OE, the user has the right to terminate the contract without specifying the reason within 14 days. The return period expires after 14 days from the day on which the user or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the user – takes physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of return, the user is obliged to inform the owner of his decision to cancel the order by sending a clear statement to the specified contacts.
For this purpose, the user is provided with a return form provided in the “definitions” section of this document. Users, however, are free to express their desire and return their order in any other equivalent way.

The owner can withdraw at any time without having to give a reason and must notify the user in writing within 15 working days. This excludes cases of mitigating circumstances in which the holder may withdraw immediately
The user takes into account that the withdrawal does not entail a refund for the part of the service already provided nor does it create title to request any refund or refund.

Effects of withdrawal
Users who properly withdraw from the contract will receive a refund from the holder for all payments made, including those covering the cost of delivery (excluding additional expenses resulting from a possible choice of a specific type of delivery, other than the regular delivery method, which would result in lower shipping costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the owner was informed of the user’s decision to withdraw from the present contract. Refunds will be made using the same payment methods that the user used for the initial transaction, unless the user has explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, the user will not incur additional expenses as a result of this compensation.
The reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or until the user provides evidence that they have returned the merchandise, whichever is earlier.
The user sends back the products and returns them to the holder without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the user announced their intention to withdraw from the contract The deadline is met if the user sends the products back before the expiration of the 14-day deadline The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the user, but it will be refunded as mentioned above The user is solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods

Application of the right of withdrawal
The clauses relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal and its consequences and exceptions apply exclusively to those users who are characterized as consumers, i.e. users who act for purposes that can be considered outside of commerce (or business activity).

Warranty
A user who purchases as a consumer has the right to warranty of conformity for purchased products and services within 24 months from the date of purchase, provided that notice of defects discovered within 2 months from their discovery is given to the owner.
To exercise the warranty right, the user is obligated to contact the owner using the contact information provided in this document and to provide an accurate description of the defect.
If the product does not conform to the description, the user has the right to repair or replacement of the product
The user also has the right to request a fair price reduction or the termination of the contract in the following cases:
• If repair and replacement are impossible or prohibitively expensive.
• If the owner has not taken measures for the repair or replacement of the goods within a reasonable period, at least 15 days
• Whenever a previous replacement or repair has caused significant inconvenience to the user.
The user is obliged to return the defective products

Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by the Owner through @farmina_hellas benefit from the ‘Warranty Farmina“. If the pet does not like the product, the user who meets the conditions as a consumer is entitled to request the replacement of the product with another of their choice that has equal commercial value.
