Uva ursi-Arbutin extract 100mg. Uva ursi contains arbutin which is converted into hydroquinone in the urinary system. Hydroquinone is an antiseptic that veterinarians believe gives Uva ursi its powerful ability to fight urinary tract infection in cats and dogs.
D-mannose – 80mg D-mannose is a natural simple sugar that appears to be a safe, practical alternative for the treatment of UTIs caused by E. coli and other related bacteria (Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Proteus, Klebsiella spp.). D-mannose is absorbed eight times slower than glucose and when it is absorbed, it is not converted to glycogen or stored in the liver but appears to go directly into the blood.
