Frequent questions

Yes, it is mandatory to register to order from our online store. Our company’s products are aimed at professionals (wholesale), for this reason your registration is necessary.

Of course, you can place your order by phone. All you have to do is call (0030) 2310 780.000 and our experienced sales team will be on hand to assist you. The hours you can call are from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, and on Saturday from 08:00 AM to 03:30 PM (except on official holidays). We would like to inform you that for better service, it would be helpful if you know the code or codes of the products you are interested in before you call.

The available payment methods are as follows:

  • Cash on Delivery (Available only for orders to be shipped via courier).
  • Bank deposit.
  • Credit or Debit card.
  • Paypal

We will deliver your order using a partnered transportation company or courier. The shipping cost will be determined in communication with you before the shipment, and prior to any charges being applied.

From the moment we deliver your order to the transportation company, the responsible party for the day and time of delivery is the transportation company. Once the order reaches your area, the transportation company will call you to inform you of the delivery day and time. So, if you wish to receive your order at a specific time, you can schedule an appointment (if feasible) with the transportation company that will call you for coordination.

The shipping cost is determined in communication with you before the shipment and prior to any charges, as it depends on the volumetric characteristics and the delivery address.

There is the possibility to pick up the products from your order at our store during the hours of 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from 08:00-15:30. In this case, you should inform us before coming to pick up your order.

Once you receive your order, all parts of the products are thoroughly inspected for any defects. This inspection doesn’t necessarily need to be done at the exact moment of receiving it. However, if at the moment of delivery, you notice that the package handed to you by the transportation company is in poor condition, it would be advisable to refuse the delivery right then.

In case you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately for the resolution of your order.

Due to the volume of products and suppliers, some products may not yet be displayed on the e-shop.
