Composition :

+Ω – 3 fatty acids 250 mg / g. High doses of essential fatty acids benefit every cell in the body, including skin cells in the management of pruritic skin disease. Omega-3 fatty acids may hydrate the skin and combat red, dry or itchy skin, may promote hair growth and speed wound healing.+

+ Vitamin C 75 mg / g. Vitamin C (L – ascorbic acid) is a powerful antioxidant that can strengthen the body’s natural defenses. Its main function is to maintain collagen, a protein that is essential for the formation of skin, ligaments and bones. Vitamin C also boosts the production of T-cells that help fight viral and bacterial infections and certain allergies. Vitamin C is especially beneficial to animals with any type of chronic disease, allergy to infection or dermatitis. Vitamin C supplementation is recommended to alleviate oxidative stress and inflammation. Vitamin C is also an important natural antioxidant and has been shown to regenerate other antioxidants within the body, including alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).+

+Quercetin (dry extract of Styphnolobium japonicum) 50 mg / g. Quercetin is a bioflavonoid, a type of phytonutrient produced in many plants. This phytonutrient has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antihistaminic properties. Quercetin can be used to reduce or eliminate allergic reactions by suppressing the release of histamine from mast cells. May benefit dogs and cats with seasonal environmental allergies, dogs and cats with recurring ear infections and yeast skin infections, dogs with mast cell tumors, cats with stomatitis (plaque allergy).+

+ Lycopene (Solanum lycopersicum fruit extract) 50 mg / g. Lycopene is a carotenoid – a natural pigment that gives some plants (eg tomatoes) their red colour. It helps balance the skin’s pH, regulate sebum and is a powerful antioxidant that helps prevent collagen deterioration. This antioxidant also works to scavenge free radicals.+

+Calcium – D – Pantothenate 25 mg / g. Calcium pantothenate is the calcium salt of water-soluble vitamin B5, found everywhere in plant and animal tissues with antioxidant properties. Pentothenate is a component of coenzyme A (CoA) and part of the vitamin B2 complex. Vitamin B5 is a growth factor and is essential for various metabolic functions, including the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fatty acids. This vitamin is also involved in the synthesis of lipids, neurotransmitters and hemoglobin.+

+ Pyridoxine hydrochloride 25 mg / g. Pyridoxine hydrochloride is a source of the essential B vitamin pyridoxine. Pyridoxine hydrochloride is an important component of enzymes required for protein metabolism. In addition to building muscle, it is also extremely important to help your pet’s body create protein structures such as hair, nails, enzymes and growth hormones.+

+ Niacin 25 mg / g. Niacin is a water-soluble vitamin that is essential for energy metabolism. Niacin’s main function is in the coenzyme forms of nicotinamide, NAD and NADP. The coenzymes NAD and NADP are particularly important in the metabolic reactions that provide energy to the animal. They act on reactions that are of utmost importance to the integrity of normal tissues, especially the skin, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.+

+ Biotin 20 mg/g. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin also called vitamin H. It is one of the most important nutrients in the body. Biotin plays a large role in maintaining healthy skin and hair, and also plays an important role in growth, digestion, muscle formation, and allowing the body to use glucose as an energy source. D-biotin synthesizes fatty acids and is important for maintaining healthy skin, coat and nails.+

+ Coenzyme Q10 15 mg / g. CoQ10 helps control the flow of oxygen into cells. It also acts as an antioxidant by reducing cell damage caused by free radicals. Q10 supplementation for dogs and cats has been recommended for the treatment or prevention of age-related cognitive dysfunction, reduced immune system function, and kidney disease.+

+β – Carotene 15 mg / g. Protection against reactive oxygen species, achieved by quenching singlet oxygen and excited states of photosensitizing molecules, as well as free radical scavenging, is one of the main biological functions of β-carotene and other carotenoids. Beta-carotene increases antibody levels in the blood. This helps dogs and cats fight disease and infection. Once beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A, it can also improve vision and skin and coat health.+

+ Melatonin 1.5 mg / g. Melatonin is a hormone synthesized by the pineal gland. It can improve the condition of the hair shaft leading to its use in the treatment of alopecia that interrupts the hair cycle, such as alopecia areata and baldness.+

+Vitamin B12 650 μg / g. Cobalamin (vitamin B12) helps regulate pigment production in the skin. Cobalamin also helps the body with protein metabolism which, in turn, promotes the growth of healthy skin cells and helps repair damaged skin.+

+ Folic acid 650 µg/g. Folic acid has been found to be very good for the skin as it helps improve blood flow. Healthy blood circulation helps develop healthy skin. In addition, the antioxidant factor of folic acid will protect the skin from free radicals. Thus, folic acid will make the skin glow with health.+

Instructions for use : 1 capsule for up to 15 kg BW daily or as advised by your veterinarian. The capsules can be peeled off and the contents can be mixed into pet food.
